We had so much fun last time, we’re running another Rainbow Challenge! Although you can run your own Rainbow Challenge anytime, we’ll be hosting a live group challenge twice a year – in the Summer and the Fall. Read on for an explanation of the 3 different ways to join the challenge.
The goal of the challenge?
To discover simple and lasting methods for incorporating a greater diversity of vibrant, plant-based foods into your daily diet. In doing so, we’re able to improve overall health by:
- Supporting digestion
- Improving the microbiome
- Reducing inflammation
The Rainbow method is a great baseline to improve metabolic health, insulin sensitivity, and even for immune health. And we do it by focusing on inclusion and expansion, instead of elimination.
What Exactly is the Rainbow 🌈 Challenge?
The Rainbow Challenge is a 4-week program designed to encourage you to “eat the rainbow.” This fun and engaging challenge focuses on incorporating a wide variety of colorful fruits and vegetables into your daily meals.
Every week you’ll get a new strategy to help you “eat the rainbow.” During the live challenge, we’re also tailor our focus to accommodate seasonally available produce – Fall and Summer!
